Measuring Equipments

CNC controlled Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for 3D measuring Height gauges / digital verniers (Mitutoyo make) for 2D measuring Air Gauges. All types of Plug gauges/Snap gauges /PCD gauge available as per component requirement.

Wet painting line

Automatic Conveyarised wet painting line for providing wet painting finishes to as cast as well as as machined components.

We can provide the following finishes :-

Epoxy/PU based primer and top coat in matt as well as high gloss finish with SST life of 500 Plus hours.

Zi-Ni Coating

Dacromet

E-Coat/KTL

Powder Coated componets for SST life of 800 Plus hours
